Drawing from various treatment modalities, Brooke utilizes holistically oriented therapy to assess the individual needs of her clients.
She specializes in women who are struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, work/parenting/marriage burnout, fertility issues, and concerns regarding significant life transitions.
Brooke’s passion is to help clients to examine their maladaptive thoughts, exploring how these thoughts influence their feelings and behaviors, then teaches them the tools to create positive, sustainable life changes.
Brooke has worked with many clients who feel “dissatisfied” and “stuck” in their lives. She believes in helping clients examine fundamental life questions such as, “What would make my life well-lived” and “How can I express myself creatively and live to my fullest potential.”
Most importantly, Brooke provides a warm, safe and supportive space for her clients to feel heard and explore difficult topics. She balances holding space to help her clients understand how the past impacts them, while building the skills to help them move towards their purpose and achieve meaning in their lives.
